Return & Refund Policy

Through the "Green Moon Apothecary Ltd." program, you may purchase a subscription to receive shipments of curated items and/or single purchase premium edition offerings approximately every six weeks for up to eight times per year Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. may provide from time to time (each, "Box"). In addition, Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. may offer certain premium edition offerings, which include Special Edition Boxes and stand-alone products that are available for stand-alone purchase. 

Your subscription will not automatically renew. When you order a single Sabbat Box, Half Wheel, or Full Wheel, you will receive the boxes you order, and when we offer a new box, we will remind you that it is available for you to order another single box or package.

 You are free to leave the circle at any time, but you will always receive the remainder of the package you've purchased. We do not offer partial refunds of Half Wheel or Full Wheel packages.

At this time all Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. products, including Sabbat Boxes, are non-refundable and final sale. Exchanges are offered if you receive a broken or incorrect order. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your package for details on how to proceed.  We do not accept returns and any returns will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: Many items in in our subscription boxes and store are limited in supply, particularly if they are items originally provided in Sabbat Boxes. We do our best to accommodate you in these situations.
