COVID-19 UPDATE:  

As we continue to monitor the impacts and spread of COVID-19, we witches need to stick together, support each other and stay strong, even in isolation.

Green Moon Apothecary will continue to run our business as usual, while following all government and health advisories.

We are pleased to report that our shipping partner Canada Post is currently continuing service as usual. We can advise that the PHAC and the World Health Organization (WHO) continue to state that there is a very low risk regarding incoming mail items.

So long as the mail is running, so will we! As a small witch business, we depend on your support to keep ourselves running during this trying time. We are boosting our efforts, so we hope you will consider continuing to support us and other small businesses when possible. Do not give up on us!

Before entering or ordering any products from Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. you must agree unconditionally to all terms as described in this disclaimer. These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

Terms:

  • You must be over the age of majority to view or purchase products from our site. Individuals under the age of majority who are caught attempting to purchase products will forfeit their payment and be subject to full prosecution under the law.
  • You must be over the age of majority and an adult under the laws of your Province/Territory/State and Country.
  • You understand Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. offers smoking accessories.
  • Under no circumstances are you purchasing smoking accessories for use with illegal substances.
  • Under no circumstances will Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by these products or by misuse or improper use.  
  • you do not intend to use these products for any illegal purposes.
  • you understand that once Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. ships your product(s) you can not return them under any circumstances. Due to the nature of the product they cannot be resold. We do not replace stolen packages.

WHAT IS GREEN MOON APOTHECARY LTD.?

Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. is a carefully curated online witchy wellness store that serves Canada and the United States of America. We are a Canadian business, founded and run by femmes with a passion for witchy wellness and cannabis.

We will help guide you to integrate green witchcraft into your spiritual practice and indulge in self-care with a cannabis-infused twist. Our mission is to provide discovery and delight as you explore avenues of spirituality and cannabis.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, FEES, DUTIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes or custom fees for their own packages. Please check with your country’s policies before placing an order. If your package is returned for unpaid custom fees or taxes it is not our responsibility and it will not be refunded. The package can be sent again at the buyers expense, including an additional shipping cost. You will see the total before paying and payment arrangements will be provided. As a customer you are responsible for confirming if any taxes or fees are associated with a subscription box and making sure your address is correct. Please note that if a package is returned we do not reship packages at our expense and it will be up to the buyer if the package is returned for an incorrect address, or unpaid customs or fees, or not being claimed or picked up.

Please note that we do include essential oils and/or sprays in our boxes and these items may delay shipment as they go through customs. Should any product be removed due to restrictions, it is the customer's responsibility to work with the customs agency in your country to get your box. We do not offer any exceptions, refunds, box replacements, or substitutions of product and you risk having product removed from your monthly box should these services be used.

ARE THE CONTENTS OF THE GREEN MOON SABBAT BOXES ALWAYS A SURPRISE?

The items in these boxes are a surprise, but we may give some hints or do a product reveal of what is in store for the each box release on our social media or in a teaser e-mail. We curate each box to assist in your spiritual and general wellness while providing ways to use cannabis to serve your purposes based on your intent.

AM I ALLERGIC TO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All ingredients in our wellness products are explicitly listed on their individual pages. Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. is not liable for any negative reactions or misuse of products resulting in injury.

WHY CANNABIS?

Cannabis has been used as a medicine as well as in ritual and religion throughout history. Using and/or smoking the holy herb is a spiritual act. It puts you in touch with the four elements and when practiced correctly can lift the veil reveal and nature's secrets. Also, it is a great way to spark creativity, calm anxiety, help with menstruation annoyances (mood swings, cramps etc), menopause, enhance your sex life, sleep issues and more.

DO YOU INCLUDE THC CANNABIS PRODUCTS IN YOUR BOX?

We do not include any THC or CBD products in our boxes. We do include cannabis related accessories that you can use to enjoy legal cannabis, tobacco or safe to ingest herbs at your discretion. We only ship products that contain industrial hemp. 

ARE YOUR PRICES EVER SUBJECT TO CHANGE?

We reserve the right to alter the cost of products and shipping at any time.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH GREEN MOON APOTHECARY?

Our information and products are intended for adult use. Upon visiting greenmoon.ca, you will be presented with an age check. By clicking Enter, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

19+ in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.

18+ in Alberta and Manitoba. We do not ship to Quebec.

21+ in the United States.

ARE YOU OPEN TO BRAND PARTNERSHIPS?

ACCOUNTS & BILLING

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

You will only be billed immediately upon receipt of your order. We will remind you to order again when your package is complete, and you may do so at your discretion. You will not be automatically charged for any subsequent boxes. 

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. is located in Canada. You will be billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please note that all prices on our website and displayed at checkout are in CAD.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

At this time all Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. products, including Sabbat Boxes, are non-refundable and final sale. Exchanges are offered if you receive a broken or incorrect order. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your package for details on how to proceed.  We do not accept returns and any returns will not be eligible for a refund.

AN ITEM I ORDERED FROM THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX OR THE STORE IS BROKEN. WHAT DO I DO?

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund, depending on the situation and availability of the item.

Please note: Many items in in our subscription boxes and store are limited in supply, particularly if they are items originally provided in Sabbat Boxes. We do our best to accommodate you in these situations.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

At this time, Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. Sabbat Boxes and items from our store are only available in Canada and the United States of America, but we hope to extend our circle internationally. Please note that only our past and upcoming single Sabbat boxes and individual items are available in the USA at this time. 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Boxes: We deliver via Canada Post. Canadian & U.S.A. Sabbat Box orders are shipped as per our shipping schedule. All individual items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. 

We do not ship to Quebec. 

Please note that Green Moon Apothecary Ltd. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered orders; however, we will make our best efforts to help you find the shipment.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR TAXES OR CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?

Canadian residents will be required to pay a provincial sales tax on their orders. When you proceed to purchase at checkout, sales tax will be calculated on the total value.

We do not ship to Quebec.

USA customers please note that you will be responsible for any customs, fees, duties and any international taxes.
